Cancellation Policy:

At Perth Reliable Maxi Cabs, we understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible. To keep things fair for everyone and ensure our drivers’ time is respected, please note the following:

• Free cancellation : You can cancel more than 3 hours before your scheduled pickup at no charge.
• Late cancellation : If you cancel within 3 hours of your scheduled pickup, a $25 admin fee will apply.
• When the driver has arrived : If the driver has already arrived at your pickup location and the booking is cancelled (or you’re not present), the full estimated fare or quoted fare for the trip will be charged.

All cancellations must be made by phone call, text message, or email to ensure they are received and recorded correctly.
